These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tayson Digital website and services. Tayson Digital is a digital agency based at Office 1 Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ, United Kingdom. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Tayson Digital provides web design, Google Ads management, social media advertising, SEO, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract.

Payment terms will be specified in your individual project agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of work or additional charges. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final website design and content created specifically for their project. Tayson Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Tayson Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the point of termination. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
